Snow White (1987 film)

Snow White is a 1987 American musicalfantasy film based on the classic fairytale and released as part of the Cannon Movie Tales series. The film was released straight to video. In August 2005 it was released on RegionDVD by MGM.

Years pass and Snow White Sarah Patterson grows into a beautiful woman. When the Evil Queen asks her magic mirror who is the fairest one, she is told its Snow White, who is alive. Evil Queen then decides to get rid of the girl herself. In clever disguises, Evil Queen attempts to kill Snow White by giving her a tight bodice, and a poisoned comb into Snow Whites hair, but the dwarfs saved and revive her. The third time, Evil Queen madly prepares a poisoned red apple. Snow White resists at first, until Evil Queen then slices the apple in half so they may share it. Snow White eats the poisoned half of the apple and falls to the floor comatose. The dwarfs are unable to revive her, and place her inside a glass coffin ever since.The film returns to the present, where the dwarfs have allowed the Prince to take Snow White with him. While the Prince and his men are transporting her to a proper resting place, the coffin accidentally falls off the wagon, causing the piece of poisoned apple to dislodge from Snow Whites throat, and she awakens. The Prince is enchanted by Snow White and asks her to marry him she accepts. ........
